Choose your password very carefully. Make sure it consists of a mixture of letters and numbers. Also it is advisable to choose a long password of eight letters, even though our system insists on at least six characters. You may also use special characters in your password such as ampersand "&", colon":", comma "," etc. Passwords containing common names, or year numbers are not advisable, e.g. shanto99, murad2000 etc...

Ensure that others are not around while entering your password. Also don't use your account on a machine which is shared by others. There are programs available on the internet that capture every keystroke you type on your machine. So if you access your account from an office computer, please make sure that only trusted personnel share the same PC. Passwords can also be extracted from the mail reading program if it is set to save the password to its memory.

Don't run any attachments sent to you from unknown persons on the internet. Some attachments show pretty pictures and animation, but they quietly install a keystroke capture program or can even be used to deduce your password directly!

Keep an updated virus scanning program on your PC running at all times. We found McCafee's viruscan to be quite effective.

Keep a log everytime you login to our service. You don't have to keep a manual log, because we can give you a program called advanced dialer that will keep a log for you. The only drawback is that you have to use this program to login every time, not the standard windows dialer. Periodically you should compare this with the breakdown we send to you.
